Property Remarks

Deal fell through, back on the market! Buyer didn't qualify for financing. A great value among some larger and more expensive homes in a newer neighborhood where small town meets countryside, and Valley Center school district to boot! The efficiency of the low-stress drive to and from this quiet suburban neighborhood may surprise you and the convenience to I-135 & connection to I-235/K-96 & 254 is hard to beat. 3 car garage, nice size backyard, and decent unfinished storage space are pluses beyond the finished view out basement with Family Room, 4th BR, 3rd bath and an accommodating office. The generous and well-lit mechanical/storage/laundry room includes the washer and dryer to remain. A well-laid out kitchen with peninsula counter and pleasant dining area with bay windows and sliders to the deck adjoin a generous living room. Kitchen comes fully-equipped with refrigerator and built-in mircrowave, and added roll-out shelves in lower cabinets. Vaulted ceilings in LR & MBR, private MBR bath. Like the seller, this well-taken care of home is ready to go when its next owner is ready to move in!
